Amanda Faber works as an Employment Consultant with Able Opportunities, Inc. Before joining the team, she spent 16 years as a caregiver for adults with disabilities and the aging population. That experience helped her develop skills she now uses to support customers in achieving their highest levels of independence in the workplace.

Amanda brings empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, positivity, and strong communication to her work. She is excited to be part of the Able Opportunities team and looks forward to learning something new every day. She graduated from the Highline Program in 2020.
